dr. fiona tilley
Fiona began her career as a researcher and lecturer in higher education, with a background in sustainable enterprise and entrepreneurship. In 2009, she transitioned from traditional academia into progressive higher education, focusing on the development of ecological awareness.

Fiona’s facilitation practice supports groups in deepening their relationships with the "web of life." Her methodology sits at the unique intersection of relational systems thinking, kincentric leadership, and indigenous wisdom practices.

Designed to help clients connect with nature on an experiential level, Fiona’s work addresses complex or "wicked" life issues through land-based learning. Her workshops are tailored to help individuals achieve their goals while finding a greater sense of connection and balance.

Fiona works with a diverse range of clients, from independent learning organisations to universities and charities. Her portfolio includes collaborations with Exeter University Business School, Plymouth University, Schumacher College, Amazon Alliance, and The Centre for Animal and Nature Assisted Therapy.
